I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to Newquay city center and two beautiful beaches. The rooms had large shower cubicles with wonderful views, making my stay even more special. The service was top-notch, and the recent fantastic refurbishment truly showed. However, the staff seemed very junior without proper management. Dining didn't meet my expectations, but the hand-made pasta was a nice touch.

The location is superb, near the train station and opposite a lovely beach, providing a convenient stay. Despite that, the facilities were satisfactory, making for a decent stay overall.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with wonderful views and a large shower cubicle. The service was disappointing with inexperienced staff and lack of management. The hotel is perfectly situated right across from Tolcarne beach but still quiet at night. The dining options were limited to just toasted sandwiches. Overall, the facilities were decent, but not extraordinary.
